60-minute 1:1 prenatal yoga sessions at your home. Package of 5 sessions (£95 each). After purchase, we’ll arrange session times directly.

Cancellation Policy

Payment is required to secure bookings. Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged. Please inform Yoga by Lydie of any changes to your health or circumstances. Yoga sessions are personalised but do not replace medical advice.
